Congratulations Brian, Recognising is the first step, you are right everyone needs a Coach but! they need to be ready to take the Coaching. Changing years of learned behaviour patterns is hard work. It can be as simple as "I can do" to "I will do" and then comes the tough part "the implementation" of any learnings! the Coach keeps you accountable.
Just a little bit on Franchising, in my experience Business owners who are wanting to go down that road need to look at who they sell too (qualify)Some purchases are after the quick win and we all know over night success usually takes around 20 years! You may end up with a team of "Conscious Incompetence" wanting you to hold their hand 24/7. The $ are nice when you initially sell one however look beyond that and have future focus. I have been an owner of a Franchise and an employee and am happy to flesh out any questions anyone may have. Before they take that massive step. Having said all that follow YOUR dream! and listen to wise council along the way. Keep up the great work Brian x
Live your life with great joy, Darleen
